By booking or purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Policy
As our services involve scheduled time, professional resources, and preparation, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been delivered.
Refunds, if any, are subject to the conditions set out below.
3. Cancellations by Clients
a. Individual Counselling & Video Counselling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session:
No charge will be applied, or the session may be rescheduled. -
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows:
No refund will be provided. The session may be considered used.
b. Group Workshops & Training Programmes

Fees paid for group workshops, courses, or training programmes are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.

Substitutions may be allowed at our discretion, subject to prior notice.
4. Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a session or programme due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered one of the following options:

A full refund, or
-
A rescheduled session or replacement programme
5. Packages, Plans, and Prepaid Sessions

Sessions purchased as part of a package, plan, or corporate arrangement are non-refundable.

Unused sessions may expire according to the agreed validity period.

Extensions or exceptions are granted only at our discretion.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional situations such as:

Serious medical emergencies

Bereavement

Other circumstances deemed reasonable by us
Supporting documentation may be requested.
7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible.

Processing time may take 7 to 14 working days, depending on the payment provider.

Any administrative or transaction fees incurred may be deducted.
8. No Cash Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will not be made in cash.

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
